The collaboration, aimed at inspiring creativity and fostering community, brings together Cape Town-based streetwear brand Grade Africa and FUBU – New York City's most iconic hip hop brand for a new collection dropping this Friday – 30 October.
Fresh a feature in Vogue Italia's Photo Vogue Exhibition 2020, Cape Town-born, Joburg-based visual artist, activist, photographer and Brand South Africa ambassador Imraan Christian takes to the streets of Soweto to tell a new kind of story; "Protect the Future" the mission at the core of the new collection by Grade Africa and FUBU.
“Fubu is a brand that has inspired many people across the world – it is a brand that has shown us all that your dreams are valid. We are here to bring that story back home.” shares Grade Africa founder Zaid Osman.
The collaboration features a collection of tees, jackets and bucket hats and will premiere at the Grade x FUBU pop-up store in Braamfontein this Friday.
